You have a narrow space on the wall for the large conference room 
a 60"x48 would work our distributor don't sell them but you can buy
one 60"x40" on Amazon for under $240 (not sure if they charge shipping)
or you might want to use a 36"x 48" from our supplier see below. 

We have plenty of these but they are 6'x4' and will not fit on the wall unless is installed vertically.
