more or less this is what you are trying to build see drawings below. 
I am very busy today and working on a lay out takes some time
I used all tall 48"x67" panels to build the lay out below
You only have (12) 48"x67 panels you will need (17) to make the lay put as shown
the rest are odd sizes  some low ones 

I will see what we can do and offer you some solutions
