I will look for some pre-owned material first see if I can located. 

These is all new in stock panels can be deliver next Wednesday but they don't have 48" H or 53" in stock. 
Only 39" High. we can use frosted screens to make them 54" tall
the job below was 53" panels and they added the screens on top. 
about $5,200 for all the materials plus installation and delivery. 
Installation and delivery is around $950
