Your Tables by the window are made by steel case the bases are expensive and I believe the bottom of the base is exclusive to them 
I cannot locate a similar base..
the top is not a problem it can be made locally.

With a black base & the same top as the steel case table
made locally. for $650
Or a round table from stock with a black base for $375
