Here is a Lay out based on what I gathered on our 2/4/26 meeting and earlier 2/9/26 with Al.

This configuration will work better and we can hang the overhead storage in the tall panels. 

A ball park for these lay out is as follows.
All new furniture ​$27,700 (panels chairs tables desks etc...)
New and used furniture mix $18,000 or less (new desks and chairs used panels)

Labor to will call all the furniture from Hayward and San Jose and deliver and install to your location
for either option is beetween $3,000 -$3,500 

If the prices Mentioned above is something you can work with let us know
​I went real quick thought the numbers and they are pretty close to an actual estimate. 
But we can explore more accurate numbers should we get a green light to continue.
these figures are not to far off from the actual price for these project. 

I hope you guys don't take this the wrong way but in the past we have spend a lot of time going to locations, estimating and making lay outs 
and at the end we don't get the job. 

at these moment we are very busy with some projects but I am trying to be as help full as possible.

Please ignore the desk outside the layout that is the original desk you guys ask for but it is too big for the space 

If you guys need tall panels with glass windows  for that particular office
The manufacturer only makes them with the gas on  the very top.
We know someone that can make them see picture below.
also you have a wall track for electrical and data running along the walls 
In order to wall mount the panels a painted 2x4. have to be installed to close the gap and fasten the panels to the wall.
